Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems. How? By providing free information, advice and by influencing policymakers. CAB give advice from locations other than their offices too, including:
• health settings including GP surgeries, health centres and hospitals
• community centres
• legal settings
• by phone, e-mail, on-line & kiosks.

Suffolk Refugee Support Forum (SRSF) is a voluntary organisation which exists to provide support and assistance in several ways for refugees across Suffolk.

The Refugee Council is the UK's largest refugee organisation, and provides free advice, information and assistance to asylum seekers and refugees. Through their One Stop Services, you can meet face-to-face with an advisor who speaks your language and discuss any problems you may have as an asylum seeker or refugee.
The Refugee Council One Stop Service in the East of England helps asylum seekers and refugees in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridge, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

The Immigration Advisory Service (IAS) is the UK’s largest charity providing representation and confidential advice in immigration and asylum law. These services are free to people who are eligible. But they also offer a fee-paying (non-profit) service for those who aren't.
