Community Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner (Fixed-Term Contract for One Year. Full time – 37 hours per week)
We are recruiting a Community Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner to support a programme of work in prisons and the community.
The postholder will take a leading role in making sure that the delivery and implementation of ISCRE’s diversity and inclusion programme in prisons is achieved through close liaison with prison staff and residents.
The postholder will be responsible for managing the administrative and recording requirements, as well as the achievement of project outcomes through research, creativity and engagement with the prison community as appropriate.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, with a ‘can-do’ approach, as well someone with excellent team working, engagement and inclusion skills.
You will be based at HMP Highpoint, as well as occasionally at ISCRE’s office at 46A St. Matthew’s Street, Ipswich. You will be required to travel across Suffolk.
